Semi-Permanent Make Up Clients will need to book their free consultation prior to any Semi-Permanent Make Up procedure appointment.

A $75 deposit due within 72 hours of booking appointment to hold that single appointment date and time. $75 goes toward the total cost of procedure when done on the original procedure date. Late fees may be applicable. 

If an appointment is booked within 72 hours, a Deposit will be due prior to appointment. 

Failure to pay Deposit prior to the original appointment date and time, will result in automatic cancellation unless otherwise addressed with artist. 

Arrive 15 minutes prior to any Semi-Permanent Make up appointment.

NO Call/NO Show - Automatic Voluntary Forfeit of Deposit.

All appointments require a 72hr notice for cancellations - Cancelations done within 72hrs of appointment time can result in voluntary forfeit of deposit and denial of rebooking for future procedures. If you qualify to rebook after cancelation, a nonrefundable $50 Service Fee will need paid.
